How it works

We’re glad you’re here. Before you can refer clients, your agency needs to be registered with Fresh Start. After your agency registration has been received and approved, you may log in to our online system, where you can submit referrals for your clients and schedule appointments. You can also create accounts for other team members.

We have two guides to help you navigate our system:

  • The Agency User Guide describes how to use this web site.
  • The Customer Policies guide is for your clients and explains to them how our system works. Its available in multiple languages, and we suggest printing it out and giving it to your clients.
